The complexity of the modern distribution often forces the handler of the distributing channel to accept very limited contribution margins in order to sell Branded products at competititive prices.
Instead of this, by purchasing directly the same kind of products from the Original
Manufacturer and using on them a Private Label, the handler of the distributing channel
can easily achieve a better profit and image at a level simply impossible with
products from third parties.
